dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about simulation of Gallium Antimonide (GaSb) Thermophotovoltaic (TPV) cell. The simulation of GaSb cell is demonstrated to work on various parameters by operating Silvaco simulation software. The model of the simulation is created based on the chemical and physical properties of GaSb cell. The importance of transport carrier properties of GaSb cell then identified before the developing the model simulation. The electrical characterisation of GaSb cell has been explored to discover the performance and behaviour of the cell. The result from the simulation is analysed and discussed for future benefits.en_US
