Cancer is one of the most significant medical problems, which is life-and-death risk to human wellbeing and one of the most driving reason for death in the nation. Regular cancer treatment techniques experience with crucial disadvantages and can't frequently give good results. It has been shown that the impact of different treatment modalities can be upgraded when combined with nanomaterials. Nanodrug improvement has developed as a promising way to deal with beat the deficiencies of regular chemotherapeutic specialists. As of late, utilizing Chitosan nanoparticles as nanotechnology in drug delivery system (DDS) to accomplish valuable outcomes to treat cancer. Along these lines, this project examines the aptamer conjugated chitosan nanoparticles for drug delivery system. The chitosan nanoparticles were loaded with drug which is known as Paclitaxel. The conjugated chitosan nanoparticles created were studied for the characteristics of particle size examination, morphology, microstructure, thermal degradation and thermal flux propertiesen_US
