dc.description.abstractThe title of this project is Home Based Fire Alarm System using Internet of Things where a prototype of the system has been initiate and develop for homes that lack fire alarm system. The purpose of this system is to alert and monitoring in case of any fire accidents happen in house. The input sensors for the system is flame sensor and dht11, where else the output electronic components are LCD, buzzer and servo-motor. Additionally, the system is also able to alert users of the system via email alert notification and IoT based application Blynk as well. The application is able to display temperature, humidity and cumulative graph of the dht11 outcome from the surrounding reading of the environment. Additionally, the system is also able to use the Blynk application to turn off the buzzer and servo motor in case the temperature is reduced by observing at the Blynk application of the dht11 output data such as temperature and humidity.
