dc.description.abstractIrrigation is an important process in the agriculture sector due to its direct relation with the quality of the production process. In other word, as much as the applied irrigation system is efficient the better is the production. There are several factors that can affect the overall operation such as lack of water resources and power supply. Therefore, in order to achieve the highest quality in the irrigation process, this project aims to demonstrate an intelligent irrigation system energized by photovoltaic power. The designed project generate power using renewable energy which is solar energy. the system controlling the water pump by applying machine learning through fuzzy logic. This algorithm will contribute to minimizing the power consumption and water wastage. the system consists of eight main components which are solar panel, battery, water pump, motor driver, boost, moisture sensor, microcontroller and LCD. This equipment has been used to build a prototype to represent the project concept. The proposed project clearly help in overcome the deficiencies of resources and it is a cost-effective application.en_US
