Abstract
This thesis reports the development of an alarm dispatchning application for home usage. It was found that domestics users nowadays are very concerned about their home safety. But, they unable to monitor their home safety throughout the day due to their busy daily routine, Therefore, a solution was developed for users to be able to monitor their home alarms and receive alarm notifications in their smart phones.
