dc.description.abstract | This project is about finding the coherent generators in the IEEE 9 bus system. The simulation is performed using Simulink of MATLAB. The coherent generators are important and by using the technique called dynamic equivalents, it will easy to find out the best coherent generator. At the end of the project, a model of IEEE 9 bus is created in the Simulink. The study is based on the graphs of generator outputs. Various explanations will be carried out to analyse the performance of the generators in the IEEE 9 bus. Basically, there are three generators in the buses. These generators named as generator 1, generator 2 and generator 3. The fault also applied into the IEEE 9 bus to analyse the performance of the coherent generator. Fault is an unwanted situation. But through the simulation one can know the coherent system of the generator performance in the IEEE 9 bus. | en_US |
