The documentation of this thesis is the compilation of project report on the development of a wearable gear for outdoor fitness tracker. The concept implied in this project is the Internet of Things in which data measured by the sensor of the fitness gear will directly transmitted and stored in the ThingSpeak cloud server for data analysis. The data will be able to be visualised and monitored by other person from a ThingView mobile application. The system also has the ability to notify a monitoring person regarding the condition or health of the fitness tracker user through a push notification. However, due to complication of IFTTT application configuration, the notification part of the system is yet to be unsolved in future improvisation. The wireless communication concept used in this project is a remark of being able to keeping up with the advancement of technology in present time. This project documentation also highlights the development of a fitness gear as an economic and minimal power consumption.
