dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the designing and testing of Gesture Control Based Kinect Sensor for Servomotor Robotic Hand using MATLAB/SIMULINK as the main Software with the aid of several different support software. An external block function is downloaded from the world wide web to allow the function ability of Microsoft Kinect Sensor. The configuration of the Microsoft Kinect Sensor also requires all the Microsoft’s software that in turn must be in the correct version based on the compatibility. This paper presents the used of vector equation of angle to allows it to mimic the angle of every joint of the current user. Another software that is also are use in this paper is Arduino IDE which is also crucial to code the Arduino hardware so that it can rotate the servomotor and act as an imitator to the current joint movement. A few displays are shown to allow current user to see what the sensor are is receiving.en_US
