In this thesis, the main objective is to enhance energy saving control system of a street light to decrease energy if there no vehicle go through specific lanes. Reasonably, this system may spare incredible amount of electricity. Futhermore, it might upsurge the life expentancy of the street lights and reduction of pollutions. The move of this system is to sustain of street lighting to 50% of the maximum intensity if there is no vehicle sensed. At the point when the passive infrared sensor notices slight motion, the street light will be change to 100% full intensity for certain period of time until the passive infrared sensor stop detect motion. Arduino UNO is used as microcontroller which will be utilized as controller for this project. In addition, among other component utilized for this system is passive infrared sensor and light dependent resistor sensor.
