dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about institutional relationship of transportation in Malaysia. The objectives of this project are to study authorities related with transportation in Malaysia, to identify line of administration involves in Malaysia transportation and to identify the transportation problem with interrelationship between authorities. Three authorities that related to transportation are selected, Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ), PUSPAKOM and Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD) in order to perform this project. Interview approach and survey questionnaire method are applied in order to get data and information. Based on three selected authorities, line of administration and authorities related to transport have been identified. There have some problems with interrelationship between authorities. The data for problems derived from the survey questionnaire. The quality of services and facilities and relationshop between authorities of transportation in Malaysia must be improved from time to time and these could be implemented when both the people and the authorities works together.
