Vision system technologies have recently become more advanced and improved in industries. All the manufacturers tend to develop their own product to meet customer requirements. It has seen that Small Medium Enterprise is one of the priorities for low cost implementation of their vision system. Visual inspection finds its use in the detection of defects such as scratches bubbles of cracks, shape, colour and many more. The machine vision learning approach, to automate the machine vision systems design process. This method includes the acquisition preprocessing, extraction of features and classification of images. This paper will discuss on how a faulty product or colour can be identified by the vision system. The sensor and camera are used to categorize the product defective. Servo motor is used to sort the defects product. Arduino IDE and Python IDEs software will carry out and configure all of the integration system.en_US
