This study investigates fatigue crack growth of two type welding subjected HAZ (Heat Affected Zone), Porosity, Slag Inclusion. Metal weld were produced in 5mm thick A516 GRADE 70 plates with a single "V" without post-weld treatment. A Tensile test was used to both type of welding. Liquid Penetrant test were conducted under room temperature to identify crack within the welding joint of SMAW and MIG. Microstructure Testing were used under magnification of 500x to identify the fatigue crack growth. Radiographic film test were conducted in X-rays emission to identify inner crack growth and type of growth within SMAW and MIG type of welding.en_US
