dc.description.abstractNowadays, monitoring and evaluation for road accident in the state of Johor in Malaysia is still low and un-well planned. Without a proper and decent quality management system in organisation, it is hard to convincing the client or customer for using their products or services. In construction field, quality is an important element. To obtain a good quality product or service, a good quality monitoring and evaluation system in construction is needed. In this study, a monitoring and evaluation work for road accident will be developed. Furthermore, To ensure the progress monitoring and evaluation of road accident is on track, to deliver better performance and have a good management, the development of monitoring and evaluation work for road quality in Johor are the way to improve the quality in construction works and to make works much more easier for the government and public user. A good progress monitoring and evaluation is vital tasks of managing projects this is because required assembling the actual progress data and differentiate against planned progress data to analyse the overall progress of the project at specified dates. Reviewing of the projects is the essence for the construction project to success. This research also is to determine the quality factors involving monitoring and evaluation state of Johor and ranked the critical success factor of the quality and establish Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SPSS). The questionnaire has divided into 3 section which is demographic, second are quality factors and lastly the impact of the good quality in monitoring and evaluation of road accident of Johor was distributed to public user to validate the quality factors which is obtain from previous literature and 132 respondents for the questionnaire. The data from second stage obtained are analysed in SPSS and lastly establishing the development of framework for road accident quality in Johor.en_US
