The feedstock was developed by mixing the main powder, iron ASC 100.29 with a suitable amount of chromium and aluminium. The powder mass is formed at a fixed temperature of 200°C and compacted at a load of 130kN simultaneously from top and bottom punches. The green compacts were then sintered at temperatures of 600°C, 750°C and 900°C at a period of 30, 60 and 90 minutes. All the sintered FeCrAl were characterized through its densities, strengths and electrical resistivities whereas the microstructures were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersion X-Ray analysis (EDX). The results revealed that lower sintering temperature of 600°C at a period of 30 minutes produce sample with high density, strength and low resistivity. Besides, the grains were also more fine and structured.
