E-healthcare promises to be the next big wave in the healthcare industry, which makes security the most essential component in this framework. Security in sensor network communication is recommended for providing information secrecy and authentication. Many security algorithms are proposed by numerous creators, and among all the security models, Blockchain Technology (BT) with dispersed ledger provides the highest level of security for e-healthcare systems. To improve the security of the healthcare framework, a learning classifier is the support vector machine that is used to characterize sensitive and nonsensitive data from e-healthcare information. After this procedure comes the BT approach, which is connected to protect sensitive data using various layers of encryption, and decryption processes. When the healthcare data are verified, the access-control process considers the reason for authentication. Finally, the simulation results were attained for assessing the performance of the e-healthcare information security model regarding throughput, energy, and security-level measures. 2020 Elsevier Inc. The noisier a region or city is, the faster the rate of global warming. Noise is not a substance. However, most sources of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are also sources of noise; for example, busy highways in cities can occasionally see as many as 100 cars per hour. Planting trees to mitigate noise pollution has been identified as one of the most sustainable methods to employ, since plants may function as a buffer and absorb sounds. Several plant species were chosen to assess noise absorption based on parameters such as leaf thickness, breadth, surface area, and length. The initial goal of this study is to estimate the noise absorption on the selected flora native to the Malaysian environment, where the noise was measured using an in-house developed impedance tube to discover the effective acoustic characteristics of leaves. The investigation was then carried on by assessing the data on the correlation coefficient parameter in order to determine the link between noise absorption and leaf features. Because of the freshness and perishability of the materials, measurements were repeated twice. Only 100% and 50% vegetation quantity size were measured for 10 sample species during the initial data collection. According to the findings, half of the leaves' features were connected with noise absorption. This might be owing to the freshness state, which cannot be maintained for an extended period of time. To acquire a better value, the experiment was repeated within the permissible freshness time. The findings are as predicted, with the maximum noise absorption and features correlation at 100% plant density including twigs. When the vegetation amount is lowered to 50%, this will progressively diminish. The notion is confirmed by the fact that a tube packed with thicker samples absorbs more noise. The correlation study identifies that each leaf has its unique capacity for noise absorption dependent on its properties and freshness level. ? Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The development and advancement of information technology has a lot of benefits for the institutions that implement it included in the field of government bureaucracy. The application of e-government to the government bureaucracy certainly can make the performance of government better. The application of information technology in the field of government such as in matters of making Identity Card, Bahasa: Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), is certainly able to provide a change in the bureaucratic system of making Identity Card. As in the Pringsewu District that is originally used a manual system in making Identity Card that is certainly very inefficient and requires a long time so that many residents are reluctant to take care of making Identity Card. Surely this is very unfortunate remembering the importance of Identity Card. Because of this reason, the author tries to examine the design of an application for making an Electronic Identity Card with the aim to ease the public or to take care of making Citizenship Cards online, in addition to that, this application will also help the performance of the Population and Civil Registry Office so that the service provided to the public is more optimal. It is expected that people will no longer to be reluctant to take care of making a Electronic Identity Card with the application. BEIESP.

House is a place that is needed by human beside clothing and food. House has important function for all people, a place to unwind and gather with family. A good and comfortable house condition will make family harmony, therefore Pringsewu district government conducts a home renovation assistance program for underprivileged in Pringsewu District. The obstacles faced by local government in implementing home renovation assistance are to determine which citizens are eligible for home renovation assistance. This problem can be overcome by creating an effective and efficient home renovation assistance assessment system. By using the method of weighted product it is expected to help the performance of the local government in Pringsewu District, the method of weighted product was selected because it is able to select alternatives from each alternative. The function of this method is to determine the weight scoew for each alternative and the criteria that have been determined. There are six criteria used in this study, namely: (1) House Wall, (2) Roof Structure (3) Residential Floor (4) Latrine condition (5) Occupation of Head of Household (6) Certificate of House Ownership. In addition the criteria also used criteria weighting score to determine the alternative obtained. The smallest score was in V3 with score of 0.122124 and alternative A3was the alternative selected as the recipient of home renovation assistance in Pringsewu district. BEIESP.

This paper proposes a cognitive hybrid function mechanism to intelligently select reliable network and efficiently adjust transmission power while maintaining good quality of service. This combination defines our proposed hybrid functionality. It can be applied to an access point that has multiple choices of network and transmission power modification. By employing such mechanism in closed-proximity network, we observe performances in terms of optimized speed and throughput of the user device. Results were obtained from several empirical laboratory studies by incorporating this mechanism into a hardware in contrast to many studies that just adhered to computer simulations. It was found that selecting reliable network had shown a better optimized speed performance up to 37% improvement as compared without such function. In terms of power adjustment, our evaluation of this mechanism can maintain the same level of throughput at reduced power of about 5 dB than the previous higher transmit power. 2016 American Scientific Publishers. The existence of unlabeledtext data in documents has become larger and excavating such datasets is a provocative task. The objective of Big Data is to store, retrieve and analyse multipletext documents. Problem Statement:The retrieval of the identical data over large databases is of major concern. Existing Solution:Existing problem is solved by Full-Text Search (FTS) which means pattern matching technique that allows searching of multiple keywords at specific time.Proposed Solution: In this paper, we consider multiple text documents as input and processed using text mining pre-processing algorithms like Key Phrase extraction, Porters stemming for tokenizing and TF_IDF toobtain all non-negative values. These values further processed to get matrix data throughNonnegative matrix factorization (NMF). On performing NMF, K-means algorithmis upgraded with NMF to obtain quality clusters of data sets.Performances of the algorithms are tested using Newsgroup20 data in Open Source Hadoop software environment which also analyses the performance of the MapReduce framework. The final outcome is to generate clusters and index them for the Newsgroup20dataset. Later on, Apache Lucene is presented for automatic document clustering with aGUI interface developed for indexing. Thus, this proposed algorithm resultsby improving the performance of document clustering through Map Reduce framework in Hadoop. 2019 Mattingley Publishing. All rights reserved.

Pringsewut Regency is an agrarian regency with the main livelihood of the population is from agro-industry agriculture. For on farm farming activities, a lot of cultivated commodities are food crops and rice crops. One of the key factors in creating equitable distribution of development or regional development and the right one result is the agricultural factor. While to know the feasibility of an agricultural area can be done by holding an assessment. The Assessment is made by Agriculture office in deciding the feasibility of agricultural areas include the assessment criteria of a region. The criteria of a region that is the type of soil, rainfall, water, temperature, and soil texture. Utilization of decision support system is very helpful in deciding the feasibility of agricultural area, and accompanied by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), this method can complete the research by finding the weigh value for each attribute, then perform the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is feasible for agriculture. With the decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and with object oriented design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) this will make it easier for Agriculture Office and other institutions to monitor and to obtain information about agriculture that is useful for agricultural development. 2019, Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication. The village head is the leader of the village level government. Achieving the development of a village demands the role of a qualified village head. His role, duties, and responsibilities are crucial to the progress of the village. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods in decision support system where alternative and criteria have been determined. Criteria that have been determined include: gender, how long served, how the facilities and infrastructure, achievement of the program, and the welfare of the community. Based on the results of research that has been done in Pagelaran Subdistrict of ten alternatives in the trial then there is a ranking order ranking as follows A3 with the largest value 1; A1 = 0,9; A5 = 0,85; A10 = 0,83; A2 = 0,83; A6 = 0,78; A7 = 0,68; A4 = 0,58; A9 = 0,51, and A8 has a value of 0.31 which is the lowest value of the alternatives already in trial. BEIESP.

The deployment of co-channel (i.e. shared channel) for femtocells along with macrocell induces the severe interference issues. This is because of effects on SINR and thereby capacity become deteriorated. Therefore, this paper investigates the interference mitigation techniques and come out with a proposal to improve the Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) performance as well as total capacity in Heterogeneous Network (HetNet). The simulation results show that the achieved capacity is maximized than the existing technique. 2016 SERSC.

Determination of residence in a new area known is influenced by many factors namely location, facilities, contract systems and prices. This journal determines the criteria used in selecting a residence. These criteria were analyzed using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of the analysis obtained in the form of location criteria to determine the most suitable boarding house because the existence of boarding houses in the vicinity of public facilities is highly expected for migrants in a new area. With the advancement of information technology it can answer the need to find a boarding house, and will be very helpful both from the owner and tenant side. And not only that, with this internet technology, prospective tenants can also select a boarding house that suits their wishes. Planning a system that can assist in the determination of temporary housing is needed by tenants in finding housing that fits the desired criteria. With the creation of a DSS (Decision Support System), the selection of boarding houses is expected to help resolve the problem of alternative housing. Therefore a decision support system application program is needed to determine a temporary residence or boarding house. Decision support system is a computer-based system that aims to assist decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. BEIESP.

The hybrid LiFi/WiFi communication networks have demonstrated their efficacy and advantages in terms of data transmission rates and robust security. Multiple difficulties were identified in these networks, including the access point assignment (APA) and the process of handover (HO). These troubles are influenced by multiple elements, including optical gain at the recipient, mobility, distance, blockage, shadowing, and other variables. These elements can be regarded as criteria, and it is crucial to only evaluate many criteria when making decisions in order to attain more precise results, despite the complexity involved. Various studies have recently put forth diverse approaches for APA and HO. However, the majority of these studies involve multiple phases and steps in the decision-making process. Furthermore, as far, only a single study employing the multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) technique for a hybrid LiFi/WiFi network has been discovered. Nevertheless, although the MCDM technique is highly accurate, it involves multiple phases and processes to achieve the optimal access point (AP). This results in heightened intricacy of the system, leading to longer AP transfer times and higher HO rates. In order to address the aforementioned constraints, this paper introduces a novel approach known as card-flipping decision making (CFDM). CFDM enables swift and precise decision-making while minimizing computational complexity. Additionally, it incorporates HO rates that involve bypassing HOs and selecting the most optimal AP. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to estimate the subjective weights of each criterion and establish their level of priority based on expert judgment. The method provided in this study is combined with the AHP steps and outcomes. As a result, the proposed work is referred to as the merged AHP-CFDM. The determination of weights in the AHP included conducting numerous investigations, such as evaluating the consistency ratio (CR) and calculating the AHP consensus indicator using the rank-based maximum likelihood method (RGMM) and Shannon entropy techniques. The investigation demonstrates improvements in total system efficiency in terms of computational complexity and HO rates when compared to both standard approaches and benchmark techniques. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy outperforms other methods significantly when compared to the most relevant studies. ? 2024 IEEE.

In OFDM based Heterogeneous Networks (HetNet) deploying femtocells (HeNodeBs) causes inter-cell interference in uplink as well as downlink. Spectrum allocation is one of the technique as many researcher identified. However, using frequency reuse/cognitive system for dynamic spectrum reallocation is also a challenging issues. Therefore, this paper focuses on unused spectrum sensing (SS) through proposing cluster-based spectrum sensing for OFDM based two-tier HetNets. The proposed SS scheme adopted the basic model of energy detector and compared with cooperative spectrum sensing scheme. In the proposed scheme, the energy detection model is extended into multiple channel detection model. To detect spectrums from nearby macrocell (macro-eNodeB) HeNodeBs are grouped into cluster. A cluster formation algorithm is also proposed in where, cluster head (CH) and signaling node (SN) will detect implies the multi-channel SS technique. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can improve the spectrum detection with minimum error. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated in Monte Carlo simulation validate the scheme performance. Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

We describe empirical study findings on the impact of throughput performance when transmission power is adjusted among access points in closed-proximity network devices. The experiment was conducted in an office environment to emulate such wireless LAN network. We introduce a potential energy efficient mechanism based on cognitively learning one of the attributes which then triggers the power selection. We show that similar throughput performance at the client can be obtained at reduced transmission power thus prevent an access point from maximizing power unnecessarily. We have also evaluated the impact of increasing and reducing power to other neighbouring access points. It was found that the improvement of throughput is increased to 44% maximum. Throughput performance alert is introduced in the mechanism to be aware of sudden throughput changes in the system. 2006-2015 Asian Research Publishing Network (ARPN).
